The opportunity

A vacant retail and commercial building located in prime Clerkenwell one minute walk from Farringdon Station with access to HS2 and the new Elizabeth line. The building had been in the same ownership for over 30 years and was in need of a complete overhaul and modernisation.

The result

A comprehensive refurbishment of the existing building commenced in September 2021 with completion due January 2022. The office floors have been adapted and modernised, the toilets redesigned with two super loos on each floor along with a upgrade to the front façade and reception area, which required planning consent granted by Islington. The retail and office space will be rented to create a prime freehold investment.
